Challenge: Client University wanted to develop a new graduate level program in nursing that would meet the rigorous standards of programmatic accreditation and yet be differentiated.
Solution: We undertook a detailed peer group competitor level scan- a compendium of facts about the program structure, tracks, curriculum and how it compares to CNE essentials as dictated by AACN, Entry points and admission requirements, program proposition (elevator speech) and tuition.
Result: Enabled the client leadership to make informed decisions about program proposition, admissions strategy, media and message optimization and overall go to market strategy
